SokoRahisi is changing the way people shop for premium products.

Instead of paying full retail price, you participate in time-limited online auctions by placing one or more bids on the products you want.

Every successful bid creates one valid bid entry in the auction.

When the auction closes, the SokoRahisi Auction System selects one valid bid in accordance with the published Auction Rules. If your bid is selected, you earn the opportunity to purchase the product at the published Purchase Price—often as low as KES 1.

Step 1: Choose Your Product

Browse our range of premium products and select the one you’d like to own.

Every Auction displays:

Auction countdown
Auction closing date and time

Choose the product you want and get ready to place your bids.

Step 2: Place Your Bids

Place one or more bids on your chosen product.

Every successful bid:

Creates one valid electronic bid entry
Is recorded instantly in your account
Gives you another opportunity to be selected when the auction closes

The more bids you place, the more valid bid entries you receive for that auction.

Step 3: View Your Bids

Once your payment is confirmed, your bids are immediately added to your account.

For every bid, you’ll be able to view:

Bid Reference
Product
Auction
Date & Time
Payment Status

You can manage and track all your bids anytime from My Bids.

Step 4: Auction Closes

Each auction remains open until the published closing date and time.

When the auction closes:

Bidding ends.
No further bids are accepted.
All eligible bids are validated.
The auction proceeds to the bid selection stage.

Step 5: Bid Selection

After the auction closes, the SokoRahisi Auction System selects one valid bid from all eligible bids submitted during the auction in accordance with the published Auction Rules.

The customer who owns the selected bid becomes the Selected Bidder and earns the opportunity to purchase the advertised product.

Every valid bid has an opportunity to be selected.

Step 6: Purchase Your Product

If your bid is selected, we’ll notify you using the contact details on your account.

Simply:

Confirm your identity.
Confirm your delivery location.
Pay the published Purchase Price within the required time.

Once payment is confirmed, we’ll prepare your order for dispatch.

Step 7: Fast Delivery

After you’ve completed payment of the Purchase Price:

Your order is confirmed.
Your product is prepared for dispatch.
Delivery is arranged to your preferred location.

Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours, subject to product availability and delivery location.

Can I participate in multiple Auctions?

Absolutely.

You can place bids across as many active auctions as you like.

How will I know if my Bid has been selected?

We’ll notify you through one or more of the following:

Phone Call
Email
Push Notification
Your SokoRahisi account

What happens if my Bid is not selected?

Your bid remains valid only for the auction in which it was placed.

Once that auction ends, the bid expires.

You are welcome to continue participating in any new auctions available on the Platform.

How much do I pay if my Bid is selected?

You pay the Purchase Price displayed on that auction’s product page.

For many auctions, this will be KES 1, unless a different Purchase Price is clearly stated.
