Role Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive Junior Project Manager with a legal background who is passionate about business development and project management. This role is perfect for someone who wants to bridge legal practice, technology, and business growth. You’ll be at the heart of the M-Legal team — coordinating internal processes, managing product onboarding, gathering feedback, and helping us build strong market relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion M-Legal internally and externally — act as a key advocate for the product.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and product rollout.
- Lead the onboarding of early adopters and new clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Pitch the M-Legal platform to potential clients and partners.
- Gather user feedback, conduct research, and relay insights to the product and development teams.
- Assist in refining project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Support business development initiatives, demos, and client presentations.
- Track project milestones and report on progress.
- Represent M-Legal at events, webinars, and client meetings when required.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or related field.
- Basic experience in legal practice, business development, or project management.
- Strong interest in project management, technology and innovation.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable pitching and presenting to clients.
- Proactive, self-driven, and adaptable in a startup environment.
- Knowledge of legal practice management challenges is a plus.
